FarmVille Free Mystery Dart! November 26th 2011(( Details here ))

If you visited your farm recently its likely that FarmVille gifted you a free Mystery Dart to play this week’s Mystery Game.

Several FarmVille Freaks have reported getting a Free Mystery Game Dart today. Go check out this week’s Mystery Game and see if you’ve been gifted a free dart. You may get the pop-up after visiting your farm informing you that you’ve received a free dart. If so, you should receive an in-game pop-up like the one shown below.

Snares Penguins, You Will Need Some Materials! (( Details here ))

Soon you will need to help crate up those Snares Penguins and help them get over to the Winter Wonderland! Why you ask? Well, it seems the Ticket Inspector is onto your tricks. You’ll need to sneak these penguins aboard in a crate. Because as we all know, penguins cant ride a train silly. But on a serious note, you will need 10 Mini Saws, 10 Mini Nails and 10 Mini Wood Planks to build a crate.
Of course once you finish, like the other 2 penguins, 1 will stay behind with you to hang out

Winter Wonderland Winter Storage! (( Details here ))

As part of the Winter Wonderland, we will have a new Storage Cellar! Instead of having just a wooden cellar or steel cellar, we will have a more fitting Igloo Shaped Cellar! It is still unclear at this time if we will be able to transfer items from our regular storage over to WWL. Only time will tell though and if you want to get ready early, I have included the links to start gathering either 2, 10, or 20 shovels at a time, happy gathering!

Unfortunately, if you want to start an entirely new collection in the game, you'll need to purchase all three packages of each type, as items don't duplicate. These are nine entirely different sets of items, and while they may give you a break at their current sale prices, over what you'd pay for these items individually, it's still a really costly endeavor. Sure, it would be great if we could choose from individual trees, horses and gnomes in the store, but I suppose we really can't complain when this many previously retired items all come back at once. If you're at all interested in filling in those holes in your collections, do so fast, as these boxes will only be available in the game's store for the next nine days.

FarmVille: English Countryside and Lighthouse Cove land expansions now available for coins ( Details here ))

It's that time again farmers. Time for you to bug your friends (or even strangers) and ask them to help you out in FarmVille so that you can expand your land. Here, we see a new land expansion being released for coins in English Countryside, along with two new coin expansion options in Lighthouse Cove.

First, for the English Countryside expansion, you'll be able to expand to the "English County," 30x30 expansion for 5 million coins. Yes, that's 5 million, which just so happens to be the same price for the previous expansion, the 28x28 English Domain. I mention it because typically expansions become more expensive as we go along. So, technically we're receiving a break here. You'll need to have 30 surveyors to unlock the option to purchase for coins, so you'll need to ask current FarmVille neighbors to help you out until you reach that number.

As for the Lighthouse Cove, the two expansions are the 24x24 Beachfront Property and 26x26 Shoreline Acres. If you want to purchase them for Farm Cash, they're currently on sale for 60 and 70 Farm Cash, respectively, but you can now purchase each for coins - Beachfront Property costs 2 million coins, while Shoreline Acres costs 2.5 million coins. Remember, you'll need to unlock these coin options too, by simply adding new neighbors to your game. For my own game, I only have to add a single neighbor for Beachfront Property, but you may have to add more than that (or even none at all), depending on your current neighbor count.

There's not a time limit on when these coin options will go away, so feel free to save up coins if you don't have that much on hand right now (or, if you plan on saving those coins for the many decorative items that are sure to launch during the Winter Holiday season).

FarmVille Lighthouse Cove & English Countryside Expansions for Farm Coins Back in the Market! ( Details here )

UPDATE 11/23/11: After these expansions were found in the FarmVille Market on 11/14/11 they disappeared and then made a slow return today. They appear to be slowly rolling out to all farmers, but who knows if they are here to stay on a permanent basis. Act accordingly if you got the Farm Coins to spare

There are several Farm Coin FarmVille Expansions that are slowly rolling out to all farmers. There is one English Countryside Expansion for the 30×30 farm and two expansions, 24×24 and 26×26 for Lighthouse Cove farm.

FarmVille Expansions for Farm Coins (Released: November 14, 2011)

FarmVille English Countryside Expansion: 30×30 “English County” – 5,000,000 Farm Coins
FarmVille Lighthouse Cove Expansion: 24×24 “Beachfront Property” – 2,000,000 Farm Coins
FarmVille Lighthouse Cove Expansion: 26×26 “Shoreline Acres” – 2,500,000 Farm Coins

Of course each of these expansions are still available for Farm Cash, but why use Farm Cash when you’ve got Farm Coins to spare? Remember, you may have also have to fulfill a neighbor requirement which will ask you to add more neighbors before you can unlock the Farm Coin option. This requirement varies per player and is dependent on how many neighbors you already have.

CastleVille Insta Grows! (( Details here ))

FarmVille and Zynga have having a cross promo between FarmVille and their newest game CastleVille! If you play CastleVille and can reach level 5 you can find 5 CastleVille Insta Grows in your inbox! This can be very helpful with Quests and even upcoming quests. At this time, reports are coming in that this insta grow is only usable on crops but hey, that’s better than a stick in the eye.

You can find a billboard at the eastern edge of your farm or just click the CastleVille icon in your neighbor bar. Good Luck!

In a surprise Friday evening update, FarmVille has added a whole slew of Winter Wonderland animals to the FarmVille Market, including several nice Farm Coin animals!

The Farm Coin animals include a Snow Chicken, Arctic Owl, White Wolverine, Telemark Cow, and Greater Scaup Duck! This makes us really happy as we know many of you are eager to spend Farm Coins, but have very little options. Perhaps, FarmVille is gearing up for the release of the Winter Wonderland fourth destination farm as December creeps closer. These animals are the first of the Winter Wonderland bunch to be officially released in-game. Currently, there is no market expiration date.

With the holiday season quickly approaching, both in the real world and in FarmVille, you're likely trying to save up some Farm Cash for some of those big holiday purchases within the game. Perhaps you want to send a friend an Unwither Ring for Christmas (assuming one is released this holiday season), or perhaps you'd like to purchase early access for the Winter Wonderland farm when it's finally released. Whatever the case, you can now add to your stockpile by completing a new cross-promotional activity found underneath the FarmVille gameplay area, courtesy of Kettle Brand Potato Chips.

This promotion is a true quiz, asking you to answer questions about a commercial you'll see for the chips. They're questions based on what people in the commercial say, or what they're wearing, so if you're not really paying attention, you'll likely get the answers wrong. The good news is that that doesn't seem to actually have any negative side effects, as you'll be able to finish this quiz and receive your two free Farm Cash either way.

Sure, two Farm Cash isn't going to be enough to help you purchase much of anything (well, perhaps a pair of building ingredients), but when combined with the Cash from other promotions, you might actually be able to do some damage in the game's store. We'll make sure to let you know when other promotional activities launch, so keep checking back with us!

UNRELEASED Winter Animal Pen! ( Details here )

FarmVille and Zynga will be releasing a Winter Animal Pen when the Winter Wonderland makes its first appearance! As you can see below, it will work and function the same as the regular Animal Building but with a more winter feeling. There will also be new Winter Babies that you can get from this pen. Expect it to be about 30 materials to build and it looks like it will upgrade to hold more. We will post more when we see it!

FarmVille Winter Wonderland Special Express Train Ticket ( Details here )

(Unreleased) It seems as though FarmVille will once again be offering Special Express Tickets for VIP Farmers who most likely pay Farm Cash to gain early access to Winter Wonderland. Those players who choose to purchase VIP tickets will be treated to exclusive challenges and exclusive challenges such as the Winter Elephant pictured below.

The projected price point for a VIP Ticket is 45 Farm Cash, however this price is subject to change and is only a speculation based on the unreleased image below. Farmers who don’t purchase VIP Tickets will still be able to go to Winter Wonderland, but may have to wait a bit longer.

Winter Wonderland is an upcoming fourth destination farm that we will be traveling to via Train.
